Our range of value-added processing solutions for all your steel requirements. We offer steel in normal size lengths, sheets, treated or untreated, and provide pre-cutting, drilling, and welding services, including base plates and laser cutting. By reducing UK manufacturing processes, we significantly decrease overheads such as drilling and cutting machinery and labor costs.

Our services are categorised as follows:

  • We offer in-house saw cutting services and expansive central processing hubs for large-scale and bulk processing. We also provide bevelled, bundle, repetition, square, and mitre cutting services on a wide range of structural sections, hollow sections, and merchant bar products. Our state-of-the-art processing facilities include 11 tube lasers, including the Jumbo - the largest in the UK - capable of controlling input lengths of 18 meters and output lengths of 15 meters.

  • Our drilling service uses sawing and drilling lines at strategic locations around the country.

  • Our in-house shotblasting and priming systems produce perfectly finished products that comply with BS EN ISO 8501:2001 SA2.5. We use water-based weldable holding primer to provide the best finish possible, while being kinder to the environment. We hold CE approval for shotblasting and priming to Execution Class 4, giving you complete confidence in our products.

  • Our punching and shearing systems can process flats and angles, making them ideal for the production of connection plates, base plates, diagonal trusses, and braces. These services are CE approved up to and including Execution Class 2.

  • Our dedicated profiling center in Rotherham provides a range of services, including shotblasting, laser cutting, high-definition plasma, drilling, flame cutting, and folding. Our capabilities include ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental, National Highway – NHSS3B, and Full CE Marked - up to & Including EXC Class 4. We have two Bystar Machines on site, as well as three high-definition plasma machines cutting up to 50mm thickness and a Ficep Drill line offering tapping and countersinking capabilities. We can also offer Flame Cutting on plates up to 180mm thick.
